What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Can I have the STL file for the product I order?
You will be receiving the physical product only. All of the digital design files (STL, 3MF, etc.) are either designed in house or commercially licensed from other extremely talented designers (as noted in the product description)
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Current fulfillment time is 1 week plus shipping.
You are out of stock of the product I want. How can I place an order.
The website stock is kept up to date based on the items that are physically ready to be shipped. If you are interested in a special run of a product listed on the website or something custom, please fill out the "Custom Order" form. Custom orders will be fulfilled as time allows. We will let you know if we can complete your custom request via email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
